We ship world wide

By processing your order and payment you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement excluding weekends, public holidays and sale periods. 

 

Australia:

Standard: Free on orders over $150 AUD. Delivered 2-7 business days after order is dispatched.

Express: Free on orders over $300 AUD. Delivered 1-5 business days after order is dispatched.

International: Based on weight, and will be calculated at check out. Delivery timeframes are by Australia post.

Orders normally shipped within 24 hours excluding busy holiday & sale periods.

 

How long will my products take from order to shipment:

Normal days, we aim to send your parcel within 24 hours.

During sale periods or holidays, there will be a delay. Please be mindful of this.

We are not responsible for delays due to weather or any other issues which are outside of our control. Refunds will not be given for these reasons. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

 

Customs & taxes:

Please note that all customs charges and taxes (including VAT) are payable by the receiver. Jane is not responsible for any charges incurred for receiving orders Internationally. These fees are not included in the cost of your order or shipping charge. Jane does not offer refunds to customers for failure to pay duties and taxes associated with their order.

 

Additional information:

It is your responsibility to ensure the address details are correct. We can be accommodating, but if the parcel has been sent unfortunately we cannot make a change to the address, and cannot reimburse you for this. Please ensure you make sure your details are correct.
